Settings

Open Settings from the main navigation to configure REV23 and its studios. The first page groups common setup tasks; the settings navigation contains the full catalog.

Use the settings search when you know the task or feature but not its category. Search terms such as reminders, reader, permissions, aftercare, or tax filter the settings destinations; select the matching page from the results.

The catalog is grouped by purpose:

GroupIncludes
CloudFeatures, studios, public-page theme, and subscription details.

REV23 shows only the settings that apply to the signed-in user and device:

  • Permissions — Team members see settings they are allowed to view or manage. The owner can review access under Settings → Team & Access → Team Members.
  • Features — Booking, Sales, and Payroll settings appear when those features are on.
  • DeviceBluetooth Reader appears only in the REV23 app for iOS and Android because the browser cannot connect to the reader.
  • Service categories — Some catalog settings appear only when the Cloud offers the related type of service.

A hidden setting does not grant or remove access by itself. Change the relevant feature, permission, or service setup, then reopen Settings.

  • Cloud settings apply across every studio, such as features, templates, customer configuration, service types, and the public-page theme.
  • Studio settings apply to one location, such as its address, time zone, public contact details, payment terminals, and payroll start.
  • Device settings apply only to the current phone or tablet, such as its paired Bluetooth reader.
  • Personal settings such as your public profile, schedule, push notifications, and appearance live under Me.
