Notifications

REV23 notifies you about work assigned to you: bookings made, requested, approved, or cancelled for you; tips you receive; ideas sent or passed to you; and forms signed for your services. Your own actions never notify you, and in a multi-studio Cloud each notification names the studio where the event happened.

Opening a notification marks it read and opens the related booking, form, idea, or sale. The list holds your 25 most recent, newest first, and stays in sync while REV23 is open — a notification read on your phone shows as read at the front desk. Mark all read keeps the notifications but clears their unread state.

Clearing notifications

The on a notification removes it; Clear all removes every notification currently shown. Clearing a notification never deletes or changes the record it refers to.

Push notifications

The in-app notifications are always on. Push notifications on Me controls one thing: whether the REV23 app also sends an alert to your phone or tablet.

Declined requests, no-shows, and processed payouts stay in-app only — they never push. Everything else that notifies you also pushes while the setting is on.
