Public Care Plan Page
Every care plan has a public page: a shareable aftercare page that is not tied to a specific customer or care journey.
This is different from the care page, which is personalized to a specific customer’s service. The public care plan page shows the plan itself — the instructions, healing stages, and studio contact info — as a general reference.
What the page shows
Section titled “What the page shows”- Studio branding — Logo, name, and brand color.
- Plan name, description, and healing duration.
- Print button — Anyone with the link can print a physical copy.
- Precare content — If the plan includes precare instructions, under Preparation Stages.
- Aftercare content — The aftercare instructions and healing stages, with each stage’s image where one is set.
- Studio contact — Phone and email.
- Social links — Your studio’s social media links.
The page stays live even when automatic care delivery is off — a link on your website or printed cards keeps working regardless of whether REV23 is emailing customers.
Sharing
Section titled “Sharing”Share on a care plan offers:
- QR code — Displayed on screen and downloadable as an image.
- Copyable URL — For pasting into emails, messages, or your website.
