Me

Me is your own page — every user has one, whatever their role. It holds your profile and the details customers see, your sharing links, and your personal workspace: skills, schedule, pay, and ink. Open it from Me in the sidebar, or from My Profile in the account menu.

Your name and preferred name, personal details (gender, pronouns, birthdate), and the email and phone on your account. You can upload, crop, or remove a profile picture, and pick an avatar color — the same color that marks your column on the calendar and your avatar everywhere else.

With an artist seat, your profile also carries the customer-facing details below.

Public-facing contact information shown on care pages and Web Sign — deliberately separate from your account credentials, so you can share a Google Voice number without exposing your personal cell.

  • Public email — shown on care pages, separate from your login email.
  • Public phone — shown on care pages, separate from your notification number.

Both are optional. Left blank, only the studio’s contact info appears. If your studio has turned off Allow provider contact info in studio settings, these fields have no effect regardless of what you set.

Your social profiles — Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and a website — shown on care pages next to your name, so customers receiving aftercare can find your work online.

Your personal review links for Google, Yelp, and Facebook. When a customer responds positively to a care journey review prompt, your links appear alongside the studio’s, so happy customers can review you directly — useful for building your own review presence on top of the studio’s.

With an artist seat, Me carries your sharing links. Everything here is pinned to you — a customer who follows one never picks an artist.

  • Send a booking invite — a private, one-time link. You choose the work, the time, the deposit, and when it expires (two weeks unless you say otherwise). One booking per invite; the link stops working once it’s used or expires. Because you built it, it books even work that isn’t publicly bookable, and it skips the approval step — the invite is the approval.
  • Book with me — your permanent booking link: your services, your available times. It doesn’t expire; copy it into a bio or print the QR code. See Booking links.
  • Ideas for me — your permanent idea link. Submissions arrive already assigned to you. See Ideas.

Your working tools, gathered on Me:

  • My Skills — the services you offer and how customers book you.
  • My Schedule — your hours, availability, policies, and booking rules. See Schedules.
  • My Pay — your earnings, pay stubs, payouts, and the deposits you’re holding, with the Payroll module on (the deposits view also takes Sales). See My Pay. My Pay comes with earnings access — any skill grants it, seat or not.
  • My Ink — your assigned ink and what’s expiring next, for tattoo, permanent makeup, and microblading providers. See My Ink.

My Skills, My Schedule, and My Ink take an artist seat; My Schedule also needs the Booking module on.

My Skills lists every service you perform, with your license, your pricing, your booking setup, and your pay rule on each. It shows the same skills a manager sees on your user page, limited to your own.

Who controls what:

  • Your studio decides which services you perform. Adding and removing skills take Users → Manage — if you run the shop yourself, that’s you. Your licenses — the default and any per-service override — are yours to keep current. Your seat shows here too, but it’s assigned from your user page.
  • You control your pricing and booking. Skills include this access without a separate permission. Pricing can be quoted per session, set per service with quantity tiers, or based on time with optional flat-rate tiers. Booking settings include the booking mode, appointment length, repeat time, quantity limit, buffers, deposits, consultation defaults, minimum notice, and how far ahead customers can book. Artist-wide booking windows apply to consultations and any skill without its own override.
  • Your pay rule is visible, not editable. Each skill shows your effective commission and where it comes from; only the owner changes it. See Compensation.

Changes you make apply at every studio where you perform the service. What each setting does is covered under Skills, and the booking side in full at Online booking.

Public links on My Skills open the same Book with me and Ideas for me links and QR codes as Share with customers.

With an artist seat, Me carries your default signature. It’s included on generated release form PDFs alongside the customer’s signature. It applies whether you review the form or not — if you take no action before the PDF is generated, your saved signature is used. During review, you can draw a fresh one instead.

You don’t need a manager for this — draw, update, or remove your signature yourself, anytime. Anyone with Users → Manage can also handle it from your user page.

What you manage here depends on how you sign in:

Studio Account users — change your password by entering the current one and choosing a new one.

REV23 Account users — your REV23 Account is all you need to sign in. You can optionally add a studio password as a second way in, change it, or remove it to sign in exclusively with your REV23 Account.

One switch controls push notifications on your phone or tablet. In-app notifications remain on either way. What notifies you, what pushes, and how read state syncs across devices is covered on Notifications.

Appearance lives in the account menu. Two independent choices, both saved per device:

Light / Dark / System — System follows your device.

Accent theme — twelve accents that color buttons, links, and highlights throughout the app:

ThemeColors
Cloud (default)Sky blue and white
ArcadeCyan and pink
AuroraPink and purple
BlazeOrange and rose
CherryRed and rose
ForestEmerald and teal
GiltAmber and gold
LavenderSoft violet
MidnightViolet and indigo
OceanBlue and emerald
RosegoldRosy pink and orange
ShadowZinc and black

Your app accent applies only to your device. Customer-facing public pages use the theme selected for the Cloud.

Two different switches, for two different situations:

  • Between your studio’s locations — with multiple studios on one Cloud, the studio switcher in the sidebar moves you between locations.
  • Between Clouds — when your REV23 Account belongs to more than one Cloud (a guest artist working two shops), Switch Cloud in the app’s account menu takes you to the Cloud picker without signing in again.
