My Pay
Me → My Pay is each person’s own window into their pay — no payroll permission needed. Anyone with a skill sees their own numbers automatically; that’s the visibility default, and it means an artist never has to ask the counter what they’re owed.
What’s there
Section titled “What’s there”- Current balance — earned minus paid, live. It moves the moment a sale completes.
- Pay stubs — one per pay period with money movement or a carried balance, the current period updating in real time until it closes and freezes. A period where nothing happened and nothing was owed leaves no stub at all — gaps in the list are quiet periods, not missing records. Each stub itemizes every earning — commission line by line, sliding-scale bonuses with the tier that paid them, tips broken out but already inside the earned total — plus deductions, adjustments, and the payouts that settled it.
- Recent payouts — the last 90 days of payments, each with its method, date, reference, and memo.
- Deposits you’re holding — customer money sitting in their own account for upcoming appointments. Once an appointment settles, the held deposit counts as money already paid to them. This list spans every studio — what you hold is yours wherever the booking was taken.
Artists who take booking deposits into their own Stripe account connect and manage that account from here too.
Balances and stubs are per studio — a person working two studios keeps a separate balance and separate stubs at each, while the held-deposits list stays one list across both.
