Features
Booking, Sales, and Payroll are included in every REV23 plan. The subscription owner turns them on or off under Settings → Cloud → General → Features. Turning one on adds no charge. Turning one off hides its pages and settings but keeps its records and configuration; turning it back on restores access.
Available features

| Booking | The calendar, booking requests, public online booking, booking rules, reminders, invitations, and consultations. |
| Sales | Prices, checkouts, payment processing, tips, refunds, gift cards, credits, receipts, products, and Close of Day. |
| Payroll | Compensation rules, earnings, pay periods, payouts, deductions, and corrections. It supports contractor and earnings tracking; it does not calculate W-2 withholding or file taxes. |
Booking deposits use checkouts and customer credits, so they also require Sales. Booking itself remains available when Sales is off.
Customers, services and sessions, release forms, Kiosk, Web Sign, care, ideas, and supply catalogs remain available with these features off. So does the jewelry catalog for studios that offer piercing or adornment services.
After turning a feature on, use Get Started to finish its setup. Payroll also needs a start date for each studio: under Settings → Cloud → Studios, confirm the studio’s time zone and choose when pay tracking begins. See Payroll.
