Email Marketing

REV23 Desktop can export customer contact information for a separate email-marketing service. It does not send marketing campaigns itself.

Export customer emails

Section titled “Export customer emails”
  1. Open the Customers list.
  2. Open the File menu.
  3. Click Export Mailing List to CSV.
  4. Choose a file name and location, then click Save.

The export contains customers in the current studio who have an email address. It is not limited by the filters currently applied to the Customers list.

REV23 Desktop no longer stores a per-customer marketing opt-in or opt-out field. The CSV is therefore a contact export, not a consent or suppression list. Apply the studio’s approved recipient list and unsubscribe history in the marketing service before sending a campaign.

Export again when you need newer customer details. Importing a later file does not replace the need to preserve opt-outs in the marketing service.
