Section titled “2.0.2 (2026 Mar 24)”- Dashboard session grouping — Customers with multiple sessions appear as a single row in the Waiting Room and Forms Needing Review with a summary count.
- Review All — Batch-review all forms for a customer’s service in one action from the form review dialog or dashboard.
- Birthday indicator — Cake icon next to customer names across the app on their birthday, plus a Birthdays filter on the customer list.
- Minor indicator — Child icon next to customer names on the dashboard when a guardian is on file.
- Unassigned badge — Services without an assigned artist are labeled in the Waiting Room.
- Customer info card in form review — Avatar, name, birthdate, age, email, and phone shown alongside ID images during form review.
- User profile enhancements — Gender, pronouns, and birthdate fields added. Social links and review links for artists, displayed on care pages and review prompts.
- Care plan & template mapping exclusions — “None” option to explicitly exclude a service type from inheriting its parent category’s care plan or template.
- View Service link — Always-visible link on session detail pages to navigate to the parent service.
- Contact info visibility controls — Studio settings to show/hide studio email and phone on public pages, and to allow or block provider public contact info on care pages.
- Public contact info for users — Public Email and Public Phone fields on user profiles, displayed on care pages separately from account credentials.
- Configurable email and phone fields — Studios can now control whether email and phone are required on release forms via the template designer Fields tab.
- “Goes By” field — The “Preferred Name” field on release forms has been renamed to “Goes By” with a dynamic placeholder (“If different from {first name}”).
- Generate PDF preference — The “Generate PDF after review” checkbox remembers your last choice.
- Birthdays widget removed from dashboard (replaced by birthday indicators and customer list filter).

Section titled “2.0.0 (2026 Mar 1)”The web app has been rebuilt as a unified experience with the iOS app. Both platforms now share a single codebase, so features and fixes are available everywhere at the same time. Most updates are delivered automatically without requiring any action.
