My Profile
The account menu is accessible by tapping your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner of the app. From here you can access your profile, change themes, switch studios, and sign out.
Account Menu
Section titled “Account Menu”| Option | Description |

| My Profile | Open your profile page to update your information, signature, and password. |
| Theme | Choose an accent color theme for the app. See Themes below. |
| Switch Studio | Switch between Cloud Studios (iOS only, when you belong to multiple studios). |
| Sign Out | Sign out of your current session. A confirmation dialog appears before signing out. |
The header also includes a light/dark mode toggle (sun/moon icon) next to your avatar, independent of the accent theme.
Profile Information
Section titled “Profile Information”The My Profile page lets you update your personal information:
- First Name and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Profile Picture — Upload, crop, or remove your profile photo. If no photo is set, an avatar is generated from your initials.
- Profile Color — Choose a custom color for your avatar background.
Signature
Section titled “Signature”Your default signature is included on generated release form PDFs alongside the customer’s signature. It is automatically applied whether you review the form or not — if you take no action before the PDF is generated, your default signature is still used. During review, you can draw a fresh signature if preferred.
Tap Add a signature to open the signature canvas and draw your signature. Once a signature is saved, you can update it by drawing a new one or remove it entirely.
Password
Section titled “Password”How this section works depends on your account type:
Studio Account users — Change your password by entering your current password and choosing a new one. Password requirements are displayed on the form.
REV23 Account users — Your primary authentication is through your REV23 Account. From this section you can optionally add a studio password as an alternative sign-in method, change an existing studio password, or remove it if you prefer to sign in exclusively with your REV23 Account.
Themes
Section titled “Themes”REV23 Cloud supports two layers of appearance customization:
Light / Dark Mode
Section titled “Light / Dark Mode”Toggle between light and dark mode using the sun/moon icon in the header, next to your avatar. The app defaults to dark mode and also supports your system preference.
Accent Themes
Section titled “Accent Themes”Choose from 12 accent color themes that change the look of buttons, links, and highlights throughout the app. Open the theme picker from the account menu by tapping Theme.
